About Ken Wolf Since 1990, Ken Wolf has been self-employed as a professional photographer documenting people's personalities through their participation in events and ordinary experiences. Much of that time was spent working in Los Angeles where for the last thirteen years, Ken has focused on the lives of children. In 2006 he moved with his family to Raleigh, North Carolina, where he currently resides. There are two aspects of Ken's work that distinguish him from most children's photographers. One is his approach to photographing children. He has always preferred capturing action shots over posed photography. The other is in the finished product. Most photographers accentuate individual shots; Ken's printed work often features the combining of images into collages, panoramas, and other composite creations. Behind the camera, you will generally find Ken working inside children's classrooms, ballet studios, dojos, and playgroups, where the activities that engage children lead to great natural images. |
